About Us
Word of Life Deliverance Ministries is dedicated to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ and rescuing lost souls. Our multi-ethnic, multicultural church employs a comprehensive approach, providing instruction on the Word of God and spiritual empowerment to the community. W.O.L.D.M is founded on the principle of belief in the entire Word of God, which we endeavor to exemplify in all our teachings. We are committed to reaching out to individuals who do not attend church and guiding them toward a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.
Our History: In August 2012, Pastor De Adrian Moore Sr. received a vision that led him to start Word of Life Deliverance Ministries (W.O.L.D.M) after resigning from his church. Officially established on October 7th with only seven members, our church adopted the motto "A Church Where New Life Begins." The first gathering was at Pastor De Adrian's home, but challenges arose when some members withdrew support. Determined, he found a new location at Evangelist Church for our first official service. Our congregation grew and moved to several locations over the years, ultimately returning to the Sutter Street site in December 2024.

Our staff is iscomprised of dedicated and compassionate individuals who are committed to serving God and our congregation. Each member brings unique gifts and talents to the team, contributing to a vibrant and dynamic ministry that seeks to glorify God and nurture believers. From our pastoral leaders to our administrative support, everyone plays a vital role in ensuring that our mission to spread the love and teachings of Jesus Christ is fulfilled.
Our Pastor
Pastor De Adrian Moore Sr., a native of Oakland, CA, is the founder and senior pastor of Word of Life Deliverance Ministries, boasting 29 years of experience in gospel preaching. Recognized as the “Motorcycle Pastor,” he established the Ridin’ for Jesus Motorcycle Club to connect with bikers and reach those who are lost. In addition, Pastor De Adrian serves as the senior instructor at the Mixed Institute of Cosmetology and Barber in Sacramento, and owns Cut-Em Up Dee Barber Shop and Moore’s B&B. Married to First Lady Jasmine Moore for over 20 years, they are proud parents to five children and grandparents to two.
Pastor De Adrian is deeply valued for his compassionate ministry, holding the belief that love, faith, and service are essential to achieving true fulfillment. In his spare time, he loves to barbecue, cherish moments with his family, and ride his motorcycle. Pastor De Adrian’s journey serves as a powerful testament to faith and perseverance, inspiring many to embrace God’s love.

1st Touch Ministry
The 1st Touch Ministry serves as the initial point of contact for our church visitors and guests. Their role is to ensure that everyone feels welcomed and comfortable during their time with us. They greet each person with a warm smile and offer assistance with any questions or needs.
Shepherd’s Care
The Shepherd's Care ministry is committed to offering care and support to our pastor. With a kind and empathetic approach, this ministry aims to make sure our pastor feels valued and supported in his essential role within both our church and the wider community.
Music Ministry
The mission of the Music Ministry is to elevate and inspire the congregation and the community through the universal language of music. It aims to foster an atmosphere of worship and reflection, bringing individuals closer to their faith and to each other.
Media Ministry
The Media Ministry is tasked with the oversight and regulation of diverse communication channels and the distribution of information globally. This includes managing social media broadcasts and digital publications- ensuring that content is accurate, respectful, and accessible.
New Life Ministry
The New Life Ministry is dedicated to providing assistance to those in need. Our outreach extends beyond our church family, as we believe it is God's will for us to support all our brothers and sisters. We make visits to the sick and homebound, offer a warm welcome to new families in the community, and provide temporary food and shelter for those facing hardship.
Couples Ministry
The purpose of the Couples Ministry is to provide a supportive and nurturing environment where couples can grow together in love and faith. Through workshops, retreats, and community events, the ministry aims to strengthen relationships by promoting open communication, mutual respect, and shared spiritual growth.
Men's Ministry
Join the Mighty Men of Valor (MMOV) Men’s Ministry on the third Saturday of each month for fellowship, inspiration, and personal growth. All men, whether new or long-standing members, are welcome to participate in becoming better husbands, fathers, and leaders.
Women's Ministry
Growing In Faith Together (G.I.F.T) Women’s Ministry meets every third Saturday, offering inspiring discussions, engaging activities, and heartfelt prayer sessions. It’s a nurturing space for those looking to deepen their faith, build friendships, or reflect and find support.
